01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pk3 through any device — whether desktop, mobile browser, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pk3. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and you accept personal responsibility for ensuring compliance.

pk3 is intended solely for use by persons located in the Philippines. Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited is done entirely at your own risk and is not something pk3 supports or endorses.

02 Eligibility and Registration

• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by pk3.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pk3 employee.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and contact details. pk3 conducts verification checks — including KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures — to confirm identity before processing withdrawals or lifting deposit limits. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Each individual is entitled to one account only. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

Your pk3 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password strictly confidential.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notifying pk3 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that your registered email and contact number remain current and accessible.

pk3 uses OTP (one-time password) verification and SSL encryption to protect account access and data in transit. However, security measures on our end do not reduce your obligation to protect your own login credentials. We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on pk3 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support local payment methods including Philippine bank transfers and e-wallets. Specific payment options available to you will be displayed within your account.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that match your verified account identity.
• pk3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected. pk3 is not responsible for delays caused by banking or e-wallet providers.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of transaction.

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit after it has been used for gaming activity may result in account suspension. If you believe a transaction was made in error, contact pk3 support before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.

05 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

pk3 reserves the right to void bets or game results where there is evidence of irregular activity. Decisions made by pk3 in matters of fair play are final.

08 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not extend to scraping data, copying game logic, reverse engineering any part of the platform, or framing pk3 content on external websites.

09 Limitation of Liability

pk3 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk3 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Financial losses arising from gaming activity, including losses due to player decisions.

• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party banking or e-wallet providers.

Nothing in these terms limits pk3's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

pk3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting pk3 support.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward pk3 staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily withheld. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account and funds will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, pk3 may forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable policies.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting pk3 support. Any remaining balance in a legitimately closed account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.

11 Privacy and Data Use

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using pk3, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

12 Changes to These Terms
